Sorry that I forgot to congratulate you in my previous post. My GD?PI is scheduled on 5th May 2010 at 1400 hours. I am stuck. On 5th & 6th May 2010, my company has short listed me for a 2 day training. The training is one of the costliest trainings in India and I cannot afford to miss that, since I will be sharing the training room with few of the top managers in my company.

Can my GD/PI be shifted to some other day or to some other time on the same day? I know you wont be having an idea on that but you said that you have a friend who took the exam last year. Can you get the desired info please?

I too have got a call for GD/PI. But I am not aware of my GD/PI dates. I checked in online but have not received the formal invite by post yet. Do you have any info regarding your GD/PI dates?

I do not know the formal dates as of now but i got to know from one of my friend who has given this exam last year that the GD/PI may happen around first or second week of May.

Hi Everybody,

Even I also faced the similar problem...Whenever I was submitting the FMS online form with SOP(essay for MBA(250 words) and MBA-MS(150 words)), it was showing as "page cannot be displayed"....after trying many times I noticed that If I put the essay (SOP(s)) of just 3-4 lines for each MBA and MBA-MS...it was submitting properly. So I somehow reduced my SOP(s) to 3-4 lines, which I feel is not as per my expectations.

So shall I resend my SOP for both MBA and MBA-MS programmes or whenever a person gets a call for the GD/PI, one can again submit a SOP?

since the iift paper has not mentioned abt the sectional cut-offs....so are we sure there will not be any sectional cutoffs.....i really doubt on this part as if there will not be any sectional cutoff...then wat is the purpose of dividing paper into all these sections...also i belive IIFT is not looking of a person who is good in quant or di...etc....i think they are looking for people who are good in all of these areas....
