There is an ordinance in force at Delhi University which allows all students to attend inter-disciplinary courses in any DU faculty. For example, one of the DSE students has been attending our Consumer Behavior classes because of his interest in this domain. Prof. Dhankar is keen that FMS students also avail of this opportunity.


If you find interesting courses in any discipline like Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Foreign Languages etc, do approach the program coordinators in the relevant colleges to let you attend those classes. If you are not allowed permission, you can approach the Dean. There might also be a possibility to have these courses reflected on your marksheet as credit courses. However, these courses will be over and above your 32 subjects at FMS and not replacements.


Please also note that this does not include paid foreign language courses in DU. For those, you will have to pay the requisite fees.




I think you should call up the admissions office and notify them that you would be doing the same. They might allow you to do so.

I am not able to write 150 words SOP in those 12 lines provided. I'm thinking of typing it on a separate sheet with my signature and send it along with application. Would that be okay?

my first name is 'VEERRAJU' and last name is 'CH'.

so it should display my name as VEERRAJU CH
