i have applied for refund on 23rd apr. but havnt received any reply from the admission team. have kept Mr Rajesh and Mr Jayaprakash in loop along with admissions team.

Can you please check and let me know whats causing the delay? how would i know that the refund process has been initiated ?

The refund process takes 2-3 weeks to complete so kindly be patient till the second week of May. The refund has already been started for previous applicants who requested for it.

Can you please confirm the status of the refund? When is the refund expected as well? Should we submit something in hard copy (currently my communications have been through email)

I was admitted to GLIM in R1.
Cancelled my admission on 6th March 2012.
Sent my bank details for the dd on the same day.
Yet to hear back from them.
I have mailed them 4 times.
Yet to receive any reply!
I wonder why no one is bothered to reply to my email.

I even tried calling up on the number given on the website.
The receptionist transfers me to the admissions team.
And then either no one picks up or its engaged!

Finally decided to ask you about it.
My appln number is: 100031.

Refund process has already begun for the applicants and the amount is being returned one by one depending on when you have applied. It will be done in a few days.

I have applied for refund of 2 installment fees (total 1L+3.5L=4.5L) in 27 th March. But till today got no refund. Please tell me how much time will it take to get the refund as the admission authority has said i will get the refund after 15th... please help me as the early refund is very much needed ... The refund process has begun and is done in batches. The process take about 2-3 weeks to complete so it will be done in the next few days.

Both the email ids would do. You could sent the mail to both email id.
