Bro..this is a misconception..what matters is when the new trainees joined the Org..the Feb 2011 Exam guys had their training in Jan 2012 ..and the Dec 18, 2011 guys have their training in Jan 2013..so that ways it is not as if two batches joined the organisation in the same year..

Bro I think that's an unfair comment to make..I know you must be disappointed but there are girls who have been given as low as 6 and 0 in the interview..gender I don't think has a role in determining interview scores

Well..I'm a little disappointed with English..but then again never expected 68 in ESI..Fin I attempted all the questions..thought would get around 65..
