Recently the marketing students were assigned a project on IMC for which, they had to design an Ad campaign for existing businesses. They worked in a group of three and I personally felt it was a very challenging project as they had to interact with the client and design the campaign accordingly. The campus was bustling with activity as the groups arranged for props, costumes, video cameras and actors who could act in their TVC. This was a challenging project as the students had to apply their creativity and concepts of IMC so that the communication is witty and clear as well as in line with the positioning. The students from other specializations got a chance to show their acting skills. The presentation was attended not only by marketing students but also by students of other specializations.

The project was evaluated by a senior faculty from our B School and an alumni who has a good amount of experience in this function.

VESIMSR does not offer institute level seats. The admission procedure is very transparent, there are only two ways to get in. One is through cap rounds and the other one is through Sindhi minority quota and in either case it would be based on merit. if seats remain vacant after cap rounds you have an outside chance of applying for institute level seats. In that case the institute will put up an Ad in newspapers to invite applications for the same.

y are colleges charging higher den wuts been approved???
in thakur college the 1st year fees is more den 200000, even though the fees approved by sikshan samiti is 177000
and vivekanand the fees is 141000 something, though approved is 132000...

I am a second year student from Vivekanand they took 142000 from us in the first year but returned the balance amount (Rs. 9000) in the first sem itself, this year they have charged 139736

I apologize for not going through the thread but i have a query regarding part time courses in India.
My cousin has done his Diploma in engineering from VJTI after 10th/SSC and has been working for BHEL, Crompton Greaves, Siemens over a period of 10 yrs. He is facing stagnation in his career and hence now wants to go for an MBA. The problem is that he has not done his graduation. Can anyone tell me if there is anyway he can get that MBA tag because that is all that he needs for a promotion.

U need to give the application to the Bank, in writing.. then the bank gives u da form, which u need to submit along wid ur all the marksheets, also they ask for list of expenses frm college.. that v need to take frm the coll guyz itself..
if u r adding stuffs like a lappy, then u need to give them a proforma Invoice..

after all dat it gets clear..
The public banks gives u edu loan @ lesser interest rate but u need to really crack ur brain hard for applying it.. or u shud have a banker @ ur home

The private banks gonna charge a percent more, bt they gonna give u a better treatment...

ok and is it that i have to make the first payment and then bank reimburses it?
and i was told by the counselor that the college has a tie up with a couple of banks did you approach one of those or you went on your own?
