Hi ..i am planning to apply to great lakes this year....my profile is as follows:

10th-81%(U.P. Board)
12- 79%

Work Exp- 38 months(TCS), worked as a Module Lead for 1 year and now working as a Project Leader for the last 10 months.
I have been a high performer in my company with a consistent rating of 5/5 for the last two years.

GMAT - 650 ...

I have been involved with sm social service through my company and have been awarded for it....

any comments on my chances of getting selected to Great Lakes...??

Should i write GMAT again...as the score is not very impressive???

Please suggest...
