Even am looking into how to control the deleting stuff.

Can u help with this as you have experienced the problem last year???

Some individual (from the 2012-14 batch) will have the control of the sheet, while others will send him/her their status which will be updated by the controller of the sheet. Others will have only read access. It requires effort from someone to keep it updated. Also it should be downloaded at regular intervals, as a backup in case something goes wrong, like data gets deleted...

Try to give the control of the sheet to Varun sir. Last year we had a bad experience when some one had deleted the data from the tracker, as everyone had edit access.

I think you have got it wrong. 139 was the number in the original list/mail list.

On the whole the waitlist seems to have moved around 112.

The number mentioned 139 is the total number of seats for general category which will be filled. It is the main selected list not a waitlist.
