Hey.. need some help..

I got #18 rank in MP MET (UR Category)

I had IIPS as my preference and got that..

Now I want to switch to IMS, I didn't appeared for Upgradation, because there I couldn't change my preference, and I already got my first preference..

So going for IMS through Second Counselling, is it possible?

Is it wise?

I was informed that I will have to cancel my IIPS admission to appear for second counselling, it that true?

So will that put me at risk, I mean can I end up having no college at all if I go for second counselling..??

And anyone knows when second counselling is starting?

and some colleges keep original marksheet for 6 months and some dont,
they wil return it to you after six months, but not every college keeps original, it depend on college u get
