There are still few colleges with Round2 and Round3 deadlines. If you want I can give you the list.
I would suggest you to go for GMAT asap .You can use your score as and when required.
Go for Manhattan Review,Hyderabad.They are the best in GMAT.
About your ACS (Admission Counseling) you can start this process after getting your score. But if you are confident of getting good score then you can start writing of essays from today. The fees can be from 15 to 45 lac depends on the Univ.You can visit Univ websites and can find out about the financial aid they provide.

I did some basic search on GMAT in the forums . I think this is the best place to post my queries .

I want to apply for MBA abroad for 2011 .. as far as i know this is typically too late to apply for the season starting Jul/Aug 2010 . So my target is the Jan 2011 or Jul/Aug 2011 season.

Now my queries are basic :
1) To apply for the Jan 2011 season , by when should i be ready with my GMAT scores and done with the application process and how long does it typically take .
2) Will the entire course be done in say around 20 lakhs (for a 1yr program) . Typically what are the chances for an aid in such cases.

I am from hyderabad and I have 2.5yrs of experience in IT now with a fortune#500 company and have okie-okie extra curriculars.

One of my friend went for ACS.Why dont you go for Admimision Counselling Services provided by some institutions?I heard Manhattan Review service is very good.

You can Go for Practice Tests given by Manhattan Review or go for Prep Test(www.mba.com)

I think Manhattan Review is better than Power prep as the questions asked in Manhattan Review are logically quite similar to real GMAT.

I have 3-4 friends who had been there at Manhattan Review-Madhapur.Out of these 3 frends 2 have already appeared for GMAT .One got 740 and other 700.

If you talk about material then I must say that Manhattan Review is the best.

They are going to start a new batch this week.

Madhapur Branch facuties are too good both Math and verbal.

So just GO for it.

Hi GMAT Aspirants

I am not completely agree with Raj Reddy.It seems easy if you are extraordinary .But coaching classes will give you the right direction i.e how to start and how to end.The process becomes easier if you have mentor.So why not to go for coaching?

One more thing.While selscting coaching classes be sure that you are knocking on right door.These days many coaching insti are there in market.So I advice to go for coaching with all market analysis of these insitutions.
