Now that is too late. The last date for payments is on 5th so they shall not be taking 5 more days to compile the collections. I think it will be out before 10th.

NITIE, as i know, is very well known for operations but the added advantage for IITB is it low batch strength, and recognized brand value.

I will "just'' suggest you to go for IIT B as it has following advantages as per me.
1: low batch strength so better representation, in all spheres, from students
2: IIT B branding
3: overall better placements than NM

no need to go to delhi for the cancellation work. Just call on Gaurav Gulati's number and put a request for refund. You will have to drop a mail and write a letter as well for this purpose. This can be done anytime but one week before course commencement.
