Hello puys i just wanted to know if i stand a chance for IIM Ranchi. And as per criteria stated, here are my scores :

1.) CNL (CAT normalized scores) - 30%

My score : 260/450 implies 30*(260/450) = 17.33

2.)Profile (Extracurriculars + cocurriculars + academics + work ex) - 20%

My score : 14/20.

Remarks : My bad i am a fresher with nil work ex

3.)WAT - 20%

My expected score : 65/100. Which corresponds to 0.2*65 = 13/20.

Remarks : Had a very good essay and was able to complete in time with proper introduction and conclusion including the body.

4.)PI - 30%

My expected score : 75/100. Which corresponds to 0.3*75 = 22.5/30.

Remarks : Had a very good PI and was able to answer all the questions and was able to convince them.

My total score as per IIM Ranchi's final selection criteria : 66.83/100.

Is 66.83 enough to convert IIM Ranchi call as i am a GEM and a fresher with a very low CAT percentile of 97.27. Thank you guys i would appreciate the responses from your side.

CAT 2012 - 97.27 |Converts - VGSOM, IMT G|Waitlists - MDI Gurgoan, IIM Kashipur |Rejects - IIM Trichy, IIM Ranchi.

See brother, 1.) I have won district level cash prize/scholarship so, this gives me - 1 point.2.) I have cleared national level CHRD examination - 2 points.3.) I have 91.2% in 10th - 3 points.4.) I have 79.5% in 12th - 2 points.5.) I have got state level award for scoring distinction in my 10th - 1 point.So, total points for co-curricular activities - 9/10.Now i will come to my extra-curriculars :1.) National level certification from Maverick gym for calisthenics - 3 points.2.) District level certification from NGO Lions club - 2 points.3.) First prize in intra level school exhibition conducted by ISRO - 1 point.4.) Consolation prize in state level singing competition - 3 points.So, total points for extra -curriculars - 9/5, If the points exceeds 5 then it will be reduced to 5 points so, total points - 5/5.Now i am a fresher so, work ex = 0/5 points.My total is 9+5+0 = 14/20 points
