Salary for public sector banks has been revised(Nov.2012),but it will be implemented in Nov.2014 and for the two year period 2012-14,arrears would be paid.This is true for all PSB's and i think IDBI also follows more or less the bipartite settlements although may not be a member of the revision....

we need to find out someone working in IDBI...i want to know more about their allowances..and how they are giving more salaries...anybody know about this ??and also whether they are part of bipartite settlements or not....Anybody who can throw a light over this ?
