Coz:
1) i7 processor is new to market.i don t think so there ll be much difference b/n i5 n i7
2)it ll be bettr to go vth 4GB RAM
3)15.6" ll get us a feel of big screen compare to 14.0" while watching movies etc( its my opinion)...
4) u haven't written here about graphics card. so if ur not a gaming freak dont go vth it! if u want, go vth 1GB graphics card( which is optional to u)
5)T540612IN Vs T540708IN : there z no much diff except screen width
6) if u can afford beyond to this go vth Studio(my lappy :):)) which is having all these plus graphics card too..
7) Dell is quite gud compare to other brands.

I think so HDFC creditcard holders get benefit of EMI with 0% ROI option. if you are not an employee, get it from ur cousins!!

I am preparing for cat.I am a software engineer with 3.5yrs of exp.After my working hours in office it is very diffiult for me to come home and study.Its not that I have lot of work in office(I have just joined the company,so less responsibility) ,its just that I feel lazy and tired.I feel my eyes strained ad my brain not working at all.I am very much desperate to crack cat.I am not able to study regularly.I study for one day and then miss out other 2 days.My just gave only 1 mock cat and that was just enough for me to decide that lot of time needs to put into the preparation.
What do i do?I am finding it difficult to manage both-office and study.Is resigning a good idea??ANy other solution

Well this is a common prob faced by a lot of us

Some Practical solutions :

First List down what all activities happen in ur regular day with timelines, then identify the gaps u have in those timelines cmon we all cant be so busy that we cant make out 1 hr in wkg time for ourselves

Generally the following time is available for us after we leave home for office to the time we reach home from office

Slot A Commuting To & From office BY Taxi/Bus/Train

Slot B 15-20 minutes just after reaching office & starting off work

Slot C Mandatory tea breaks in the morning Approx time (10-15 Minutes)

Slot D Lunch Break Gossip (10 Minutes)

Slot E Evening Tea Break (10-15 Minutes)

Slot F Just Before u leave from work place "Time pass", it may include waiting for a friend who is tagging along (10-15 minutes)

U may have some or all of these breaks available to you now how to manage these breaks

Now you can do some of these things
1. Divide what u need to do at home & what can be done in the available slots to you Eg: RCs can be done at peace at home or if u can devote urself to doing it by cutting down ur Slot D & E then u can do 2-3 of them at ur desk & rest at home

2 .Add tenaday, 1000SC, 1000CR etc etc to you favourites i'm sure they are not blocked in any of the organisation, Use Slot B for solving some questions everyday from here

3. If you find a question takng time send it to ur personal email id & look at it when at ease at home (late in the evening or Weekends) & if its a small vocab synonym/antonym type question send it to urself over an sms & then look at it in any of the slots C/D/E/F

4. Record formulae, Vocab Words, interesting concepts in your own voice while studying at home & revise them by playing them on your mobile while travelling instead of listening to Ads running over the radio

5. Last but not the least when u have a query Use Slot B to post ur queries on PG & Slot F to Read the replies for them.

Hope it helps.....sorry can't write more m in office & have some work in hand will share more tips later
