Considering the number of RC questions in the previous CET it has suddenly become very important.
There are different strategies to approach RC.
1. Read the passage with an easy speed where you understand the passage and then go to questions. As you have already spent a lot of time reading the passage, you should not comeback to the passage while solving questions, unless necessary
2. Skim through the passage fast and know the overall contents of the passage. Then as and when you solve questions come to the relevant area in the passage and answer.
3. Go through the questions first and then read the passage. As you have gone through the questions, you have an idea of the questions and hence can locate the answers.
4. Sometimes the questions are asked sequentially. ie first question from 1st para, 2nd question from 2nd para and so on. In this case you can read the 1st question and then read the first para. Then read the second question and read the 2nd para and so on.
Check out also the strategies your friends are following. Try out each strategy and see what works for you. Different strategy works for different people. So it is important to try all the strategies and see which works for you the best.

Hey Friend.. I scored 130 in my 1st attempt in 2010.. was scoring around 150-170 in mocks that i purchased from MUMBAI... though finally the MHCET paper wa full of surprises and I couldnt adjust... I know I can hit the 160 + range and I am ready to work .... I m coming to mumbai Next month to take classes specifically for MHCET... target JBIMS... previous result 96.5 %ile sitting in Kolkata... which preparation centre would you suggest for MHCET ?? I ll be there in MUMBAI for 3 months only to study for MHCET.. so whole day study for mhcet.. wanna be the best and the focus is totally on MHCET and JBIMS.. last time got calls from MICA, KJSOMAIYA, WELINGKAR and NIRMA.. converted Welingkar Bangalore but dint join.. plz suggest... normal training to I can do sitting at home also... I need guidance to get into the top ones... sumthing to become a JBIMS class material... plz do suggest... this is my last attempt.. wanna make it bigger than the best

i gave 2 time nmat mocks... 1 test funda.. 1 mock and 1 flt from CL... the mocks were less tricky... and lr was comparatively very easy in the mocks.. there will be a diff of 10 correct answers between the mocks and the actual paper
