I reached 15 mins late to the induction program bcoz of traffic ( who says there is Bharat bandh ). So, before evn anything started i felt lil bit nervy , bt calmed myself as time passed.

10am-CD

Time allotted- 3 mins to think, 14 mins to discuss and 3 mins to conclude.


Topic- You are part of a private company that manufactures & supplies food for infants all over India's markets at subsidized rate as it intends production for social welfare. However, the company's business is in losses as it bears the subsidies itself. Recently, the company applied for a bid to have the right to be the sole supplier of infant food in the country. What are your suggestions to tackle such a situation and how can u help ur company get out of this predicament?


I was in the 1st grp. We were a grp of 9. I felt all of us were taken aback by the topic. Somehow, 1 of us started and others chipped in. Surprisingly, i noticed no.of gals in the morning session almost equaling that of guys, didnt expect that !

CD went smooth. At a point it ws promising to be a fish market , but we managed to avoid it. I came up 3-4 times with points concerning govt's intervention in this scenario to take up responsibility of subsidizing the product or some part of it, involvement of NGOs to spread awareness & marketing for the product in order to increase it sales,so that losses cud be minimised. All in all , it ws healthy discussion.

PI-15 mins after CD

My PI lasted for almost 25 mins , almost 15 mins of those relating to my work ex (2.5 yrs in core mechanical sector), some regarding my extra curricular activities, reading habits, any newspaper article in the past 1 week- we discussed Union Budget & FDI in retail, Ohter ques involved -Why MBA and rest common questions.

There were 3 ppl in the panel, all of them very cool -no grilling
It ws good xperience overall.

My suggestion-be relaxed, keep ur cool, answer with simple sentences, don't complicate ur reply. They just want to hear from u !

Hi,
I am from Bhubaneshwar,Odisha and I have my cd/pi scheduled at bengaluru on 21st feb- 9 am. But it seems there is an All India Strike on 20th & 21st feb. Pls let us know whether cd/pi would go on as per schedule or are there any alterations being made !

Will i receive any e-mail or intimation of any sort confirming receipt of submitted form 7 documents ?

Sir, i just wanted to know whether the attestation of required documents are to be done by oneself or any gazetted officer?

@kiterunner , how is it possible to input certain data in profile sheet at this point of time, save it, return later & fill the rest data ? wt i mean to say is that i cant see any 'Save' option.
