It's really strange what ppl are discussing:Selected candidates will sue IBPS because they didn't get preferred banks.Low scorers will sue iBPS because they didn't get any banks in 1st allotment. So called, Tier 3 banks will sue IBPS because they got low scoring candidates. Let me guess.... IBPS should sue candidates for defaming it. Bottom line is: Get a life guys... Ur gonna be PO's, if things actually start happening like this, most of the time u will be in courts even after joining banks because customers will sue you if u don't pass loans and bank will sue you if u pass it. Lets have a more meaningful discussion and Pls no more court cases. This is not a legal forum. Just a humble request.. no comments pls. Just b happy that u hv got a job.

puys do we have training b4 joining as PO? coz one of my friends have told me that they just throw you directly in the office(OJT: on job training)(btw he joined as clerical in BOM)
