yeah I knw how it feels to see all those ppl working their ass out till the '11th hour' and see the 'hourglass' turning, me getting some kinda adrenaline rush listening to hard core metal and think of maself, aah 'I have got something to die for' [ oh yeah i frgt to mention 'slow headbanging' ]

p.s: I dont like slipknot. there's a line which I once shared once in my fb wall 'TALENT: if u dont have it,make urself look hardcore' with a poster of slipknot.[with my due respect to a really talented drummer joey joardinson, i talk abt the band as a whole here] I somehow cant take the nu-metal band as 'metal' . No offense meant to the large chunk of slipknot fans out there,its entirely my personal opinion. [ I often think y so many ppl listens to slipknot or to put in this way, know the band's name, probably my fb post gives the answer]

Three milkmen Ramu, Kamu and Namu had 5L, 10L and 15L of milk-water solution respectively. In the solution that Kamu and Namu had, the ratio of milk and water were 2 : 3 and 1 : 4 respectively. All of them sat together and mixed their respective solutions together. They sold the combined mixture at Rs. 20 per liter and Ramu got Rs. 2.5 for every liter of mixture sold. What was the milk-water ratio in the solution that Ramu had with him? (Assume water comes free of cost and they share the revenue earned in the ratio of milk content)

A fox sights a hare at a distance of 20 leaps of his and immediately starts chasing. The
hare also immediately starts fleeing. If distance covered in 3 leaps of the fox is equal to the
distance covered in 5 leaps of the hare and if the hare takes 8 leaps in the time the fox
takes 5 leaps, find the distance (in terms of leaps of fox and from the point the fox started)
at which the fox will catch the hare.
(1) 100 (2) 200 (3) 250 (4) 400 (5) 500

let, 3 leaps for fox=5 leaps for hare=x
1leap for fox=x/3
1leap for hare=x/5
for a unit time fox takes 5 leaps i e 5x/3 distance and hare takes 8 leaps i.e 8x/5 distance
so by each unit of time fox approaches by the distance 5x/3-8x/5=x/15
the distance between them was 20 fox leaps i.e 20*x/3
to cover this much distance unit of time will be taken = 20x/3*15/x=100unit
in terms of leaps of fox=5*100=500 leaps.

Anand can row 20 km in 2 hours in still water. If the speed of the stream is 6 kmph, he would take 3.75 hours to cover a round trip journey. Find the distance that he would then cover each way.

speed of the boat =20/2=10
let the one way distance =x
time taken for upstream+time taen for downstream=3.75
x/16+x/4=3.75
solving we get x=12

N = 5^(1!+2!+3!+...+12!+13!) The digits of the number N are added to get another number. Then the digits of the number obtained are added to get yet another number. The process is repeated till a single digit number is obtained. What is that single digit number?
