Guys from what I could understand about 62-63 final offers have been given for 46(tentative)seats this year for ABM.So, I am guessing, out of the 17 extra calls made, around 50% are general seats which means around 8 extra general category offers were given.So according to this, once 8 people decline the offer the waitlist should start moving. So then shouldnt it start moving then?
