i got the final call for oriental as well as united india insurance but at prsent i m working with allahabad as po n also got final call for BOB po.
follwing are my observation in po
1.6days working in po.
2.working at least till 0630pm even after that also.
3.salary is not as our work load.
4.place of posting.
5.transfer policy for every 3 years.
can u compare theses points against the AO of general insurance sector (not for LIC).
actually promotion policy in bank also on paper only not reality.

which one is best?
in ao scale is preety good it start from 17240.00 while in po frm 14500.00
