I am of 2011 batch. Did btech cse. I've got job in july 2012. What should i write in work ex field? I've been working for the last 1-2 months only.

I wanted to work for good MNC's but i didn't get any chance. Now, I've been working in a small company as a QA engineer for the past 1 month. How is this field? I have also option to change my field to asp.net or php. I like testing & development both. In testing, we would get some free time but development is little bit hectic. Please tell me where to go? I want to work for good companies with good package. help guys. suggest me some thing.
