Has anybody downloaded all the videos of CFA L1 in a CD or DVD.. if that is the case if anybody can send me a physical CD or DVD containing them.. i tried downloading but it is taking a lot of time.. so if some body already have downloaded the videos if you can burn them on the cd/dvd and send it across to me ... I would send you the DVD cost and postage cost to your bank account..

or

If you can suggest me a good site from where really good quality L1 videos are available and helps understanding the concepts in a better way...

Even i am looking for some good videos for L1 ,I am sure some1 must hv downloaded.
There is a website CFA Level I Video Lectures and Practice Questions: Finance, Accounting, Economics and Statistics Lectures but i dont find it worth. This site has all the videos topic wise and level wise but not worth dude.

I guess all puys are preparing hard to get thru June CFA L1 or L2 or L3. I have only completed 70% of Economics and 60% ( equity and Fixed income) book.
Any1 throw some views on my speed.I started preparing from Jan 5.And i am studying from CFA curriculum and very less from Shweser.
And has anyone got the last year papers and Shweser pro Qbank 5000.
If yes than please share.Anyone can upload here or else PM.

DO's and Donts

First things first, please ensure that u have your admit card, govt issued icard and the calculator.
U can start with the section you are most comfortable with. Leave the ethics portion for the last as it requires a perso to think a lot. Try to finish the other questions in 2 hours max. Use the next half an hour to solve ethics, and check ur answers in the last half an hour. Theres usually ample time, so dont panic and attempt the questions carefully.
The topics in the morning and afternoon are same. Its just that they might ask a different question from the same topic.
I would say,please attempt as many mock papers as possible. Try to get hold of schweser pro, its a software that has a qbank of 5000 questions. It helps a lot. Also practice as much ethics as possible.
I took level 1 in june 07. I found it pretty easy and was able to correctly attempt arnd 105/120 questions in both the sessions. Dont leave any questions as theres no negative marking.

Take something to eat with u, as there isnt much time between the exams to go out and buy stuff.

Does anyone know where can we find photocopied Schweser notes? I have heard they are available somewhere outside NM college in Mumbai and I guess Dariyaganj in Delhi. Is that true, and if so where exactly is the location? Also does anyone know where can i find photocopied CAIA level 1 Schweser notes? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
You can go for sheweser notes, but dont think sheweser is sufficient to sit for exam.You have to refer to CFA original books also.
