bhai i understand what you are saying and i am also against it except iim c i might not have a shot at any old iim's thats why i said before 2009

and the same applies for banks also if the govt is so considerate then why are the banks like pnb etc asking for 60% which is also high for various deserving candidates and that too after considering that ibps had just asked for graduation.

pnb doesn't ask for 60% in grads for specialist officers.. or else mai toh out ho jaati..they only want grads n post grads qualification bas

not all hrs are good ..and we can not expect them to be so..and not all hrs are bad too,,,
we have to be ready for all situation..
answer should be like that suits both type of hrs.
who knows we may meet bad hrs who doesn't like our truth..

hmm...i am happy the pnb ppl liked me.. he he..anyways, cuz am an hr now, i ll look for honest n talented ppl..

see you should clarify obviously IIM'S OR OTHER GOOD COLLEGES would never look for superficial things or qualities otherwise they wont be good and wouldnt produce people raghuram rajan sanjeev bhikchandani et al and maam another point PO's are at the manager level and believe me they are leaving psu banks in swarms

I know honesty is the best policy,and out of honesty, if i say them that I did my engg. and after completing 4yrs I got to know that technical is not my cup of tea and I cultivated myself and I found that I am passionate about banking sector..then I can be badly humiliated you know..

So according to me interview is not only about being honest ..it is more about not concealing the truth and not telling a lie.. u have to obtain a median path..formulate your answer accordingly..

but in that way, only economics ppl qualify for banks..even i had a paper - banking n finance...banks however ask for applications from all probable fields..so anyone can shift from any line to banking..or else bank recruiters would have narrowed the po recruitment to eco ppl only..this is though a very rude answer
