Interview process is common for all the campuses. You are called for IMT Ngp/Hyd based on your CAT score. This does not restrict you from getting final convert call from IMT Ghaziabad. IMT won't give you call again based on your XAT score...but will consider your XAT score for giving final convert call to IMT ghaziabad.
So though you are attending Gd/Pi for IMT Ngp/Hyd....you still have fair chance to convert IMT G if your XAT score meets the cut-offs..
So do attend the process...you won't be called second time...!!

Hi got 83.xx in cat and 92.xx in xat.I am not interested to join Nagpur/Hyderabad campus .But since people with 90.xx in Cat have got calls from IMT G I expect a call from IMT ghaziabad.
I got a call from IMT N/Hyd campus on 23rd Feb but in the mail it has been explicitly written only for nagpur/hyderabad campus...
Wont IMT send me a separate gdpi call after updation of xat scores..

hii first of all congrats to all the members of kdt...
this is my 2nd appearance for cat.gave cat last year without any prep and no mocks...got 95.xx..thought of giving cat 2009 seriously and joined time full course.aimcats have been really disappointing....need to improve a lot.really hoping to gain a lot of gyaans from this thread..

problem areas:
va(had only cleared cutoff once)
qa(my accuracy is good no. of attempts quite low)


positives:
can utilize the next 2 months completely(have no other priorities right now ...joining is in feb)

attended the toppers session....
the most important discussion that came forward was the analysis of aimcats.
The faculty asked me how much time i allocate for a single aimcat analysis...well 1 hour i said...but he said that was not enough.he actually said a proper analysis shoud take about 8 hours....we should divide the paper into
1.correct---see the solution and decide whether ur method or the solutions method is less time consuming.
2.incorrect---check the solution and learn any new concept
3.not attempted----try to attempt the questions again and then repeat step 1 and step 2.....

the scores of the aimcats are definitely important but what is more important than that is the analysis...
