I heard that formals with tie r compulsory... so I hav already started shopping around as I m not used to wearing formals....

Average package is between 3.5-4 lacs, that shudn't be a concern as u hv got work ex.

Gud to c a thread on BPO's n contact centres. I have an experience of about 3 years and 10 months to be precise. I'm doing regular MBA frm IBA, Bangalore presently and outta this BPO industry for the past 7 months now.

Life has been good n bad in BPO. After 2 years i moved on to training deptt. as a V'n'A Trainer. Overall this is one heckofa industry which teaches u to manage with almost evrythng,from sleep to food and social life.
