Many congratulations. I am trying to track waitlist movment in iit kanpur and iit roorkee in sc category for a friend of mine. If you are in 11-22 rank range in iit roorkee and/or converted iit kanpur please let me know. Best wishes. Is it ok to go for cheap laptops? I read somewhere that bschool wont demand the processor power to be at higher end. Will it be a compromise on quality or just the config? Pls advice. Which brands offer 25-30k laptops? Does dell have any low config inspiron notebook?

I would like to know whether b-school demands a high end laptop. Right now i feel it will be better for me to choose sub 30k laptop. Will quality be an issue? Is it ok to go for minimal config laptop?

I would be going for a refund from imt finance. But want to know how much would be refunded if I withdraw after 15th may. Pls help...

As far as i know no one who got offer under obc has been waitlisted in general category. You either have to produce non creamy certificate or forfeit the seat. Hope this helps

I would like to know the refund rules followed by siom on forfeiting a seat after classes commence. In the first place I doubt whether they will return any money at all. If anybody has some idea pls let me know

Am tracking iit roorkee waitlist movement for my friend. iit roorkee has come up with second round of offers. For sc category offer letters are being sent to candidates with ranks from 11 to 22. People who have their ranks within this range and do not plan to join iit roorkee pls let me know. Spare a minute to type a reply. Ur replies will be of gr8 help....
