downstream companies in India are:

good news for all the aspirants and working PO's, DA has been hiked for us. There is an increment of around Rs.580 in monthly salary for the next 3 months which means that our gross will be 18000 now(without the 6th pay commission hike) and we will get 16800 after professional tax & PF deductions

Banks follow a different pay structure they r not affected by the 6th pay commission .No doubt bankers are expecting a 17%(approx) hike in their salary but not due to 6th pay commission but due to IBA.
