Can somebody please throw some light on the official and unofficial clubs and committees that exist in XLRI.

What time does the office close? I tried calling on 020-39116000 several times, but seems no operator is ever free on that number.

Am frantically trying to reach the admissions office to cancel my admission. I have already sent a written application alongwith the original challan receipt and have also sent an email regarding it alongwith the scanned copy of the challan. This was on Monday and I have still not received the refund amount or the acknowledgement. Am beginning to worry now. Hope I will get back my money as promised. What can I do? Seniors, please advise.

Puys! Am in real trouble .. Received the official offer letter only last night (11 pm) and am supposed to pay the fees and send the receipt + signed declaration by 4th May. Both today and tomorrow being bank holidays, 3rd May is the earliest I can do something.

Please help! What do I do? Don't want to lose my seat because BlueDart screwed up!

Made it to the first list for PGPM ... big surprise considering I had only a 98 percentile in CAT .. :)

I just called up admissions again and this time was informed that I have made it to the final list and the final offer letter has already been dispatched. This means that the waitlist has cleared at least till #47.

Am truly ecstatic right now! What a journey this has been. All the very best to the remaining waitlisters.

Guys so what is the status ? how much has been cleared for PMIR ? is it 44 or 47 ?

PS: i called them just now, he said you are still in the waiting(#52) and the moment you clear we will inform via email .. now this is something new, he hung up before i cud ask further

Hey! Has anyone else got the same information from the admissions office? I had called them in the afternoon and was told that WL for PMIR has moved till around 42.

I am WL 47 and have still not got the offer letter. The person who had picked up the phone said that I would have to wait for a few more days to know if I have cleared.

Need some help with the pre-induction modules. Do we need to solve the excercises given and send the solutions through email or are they just meant for self-evaluation?

Please reply at the earliest. Was on vacation all these days and have all of a sudden woken up to find so many excercises uploadedon the site already ..

Just 1 doubt ... the letter that I have received has this line : "If you are not interested in this offer, please let us know by April 15, 2010 in writing"

Do I need to send a letter in writing stating that I am interested in joining in case I get a final call? Or do I just send the DD before the 20th?

I am an OMS candidate and have scored a 98.5 percentile. Do I stand a chance to get a call from JBIMS?
