Do we have to submit the form of vgsom online(like iit-b and iit-d) or do we have to just send the completed form offline.
I could not find the link for online submission of the form.

Has the change in the last date for the sbmission of forms confirmed??
I could not find ne information regarding the same on the home page.

You have to speed post/courier the hard copy of the form to VGSOM. You cannot do this online. And the last date is the 27th. Anyways dont wait till the last date. Mail in the form ASAP.

The essays and stuff can be typed out and attached on separate sheets of paper. Make sure that you indicate in the boxes on the forms that you have attached the essay on a separate sheet. Also please make sure that the separate sheets have proper headings. Basically ensure that everything you have attached is properly cross referenced.

I'll surely rope you in if its going to be LS or Park or Venky's(heard abt it?) or Bondhu's(heard abt it?)....its been some time since I last visited campus..it feel so good to visit campus..especially my hall..Patel Hall.....so many memories just rush in....anyways quite a bit of road to travel before I can walk the Scholar's Avenue again :)..but I am looking forward to it.
p.s: heard abt a tunnel that still runs deep underground from the PAN loop to the Old Building?

Have any tentative dates for GD/PI's been declared? People at VGSOM plz let us know if you get any info regarding this. Lots of leave applications ans travel arrangements need to be made...:) i know u know:)

The tentative dates for the GD and PI is end of Feb, early March. That is all we know for now. Do send your form in ASAP.
At a more personal level, I would like to invite you all down to campus for the admission process. Take a look at the place that you want to spend 2 years of your life in.

@businessmaster: Write in your work ex as of today. In the To column fill in "date". Thus the school would know that you are still working and would have about 10 months at the time of joining.

@higautham: You havent mentioned any other parameters like work ex etc.. However with that rank you have some chance with any other ex/qfn that you may have. Do apply!

@shambu: I dont know from where you got the idea that no two people can have the same rank. Last year I confirmed 13 people with my rank. Rank 612. I wouldnt worry about that too much if I were you!!!

@akshay_chadha & @prats_9: As you dont have any work ex, you may not be able to fill in anything in that column. I don't think it would be negative as, given the fact that you are a fresher, you may not have anything to write there.

@ankur_inf: Hey Ankur! Do apply to VGSOM as you certainly have a chance. The GD/PI should be scheduled in late Feb/early March. I dont know what they would ask you, but going by my interview experience, they did ask me a lot about my work ex (which was of 2 years). I guess that it wouldnt hurt to prepare. You didnt mention your dept. of engg.

Thanks Ocean for ur opinion ,waise I converted IIT Kgp when I was a fresher ....at that time I was grilled on my acads....I am a chemical engineer..They asked me many questions about ...Neural Networks....

I want to get in this year boss....Wish me good luck.....
