Dear aswini, i can understand ur great sense of time:1eye: that is why in place of giving me the answr in few words u managed time to give me a lecture.......... but bliv me it is not possible for anybody to go through the 17 pages then ask something...... unless he has lots f time or not preparing for this year..... dat s a common sense.

anyways I wud like to initiate maybe another step here...
as many of u puys wud be coming to campus for buying/depositing forms/campus seeing etc... u shud actually meet some of us here.. we are vella most of the times and are desperate to meet any one from the outside world... (kidding) we have tight schedule of classes agreed, but at any given time many 100 of us are not having any scheduled preoccupation so just find someone and have a chat..
as for me I am always in my room 316 change masters right in front of gurukul so u may try...

@ numbsoul.. especially for you as u live in gurgaon u must come sometime...
and den I lowe giving gyaan on how to crack CAT in 2 months so ..

as for ur query u can't specialize in anything in PGP-IM course it's a general management course...
although what u can do is as i have told earlier is find a profile in a company that offers what ur looking for and bingo u've got the specialization u want... it's an indirect way but as that intern is part of the course so in effect ur learning the secrets of ur specialization during the period of the course only(by actually working on ur choice) so in a way the course is offering u a specialization in a more subtle and perhaps more effective way...
about 7 guys of senior batch got into capgemini and few of them got the profiles ur talking about so it's possible...

to be honest MDI is d only reason m appearin 4 CAT..i religiously followed MDI's thread of 2008-2010 n read all ur posts..n was really happy 2 see u being seleced 4 both pgpm n pgpim..
have bought d form of pgpim on d 1st day itself(actly it was a bahana to chek out d campus )..
only if it could motivate me enough to prepare better 4 cat..:new_ukliam2:

MDI is basically famous for Marketing. Recently, it has gained fame for its Finance program too. But, many people are not aware that MDI has its Systems specialisation too which is primarily meant for IT Consultancy. We have a academic group dedicated to the IT Consultancy whose primary aim is to have a decent exposure of the course to the outside world.

hey.. read carefully..it states that the form should clearly mention
THE PROGRAM you are applying for,, u can fill only one option per form .. as per ur choice/interest..hope this helps..

yeah .. u have to buy 3 forms if u wanna apply to all d 3 programs.. n then mention pgpm,pgp-hr n pgp-im on d 3 forms respectively..

Hi seniors,my query is has MDI released the admission prospectus.The reason being, I have subscribed to PG MBA alerts and i received a message today saying "MDI Gurgaon form out,Accepts CAT score,available at Bank of Baroda outlet.Last date to buy the form Nov 12.See https://www.mdi.ac.in for more"
Now the website does says 12 nov but it's 12 Nov 2007,so has there been a mistake on part of PG in reading the year and messaging the last year date or is it actually 12th Nov 2008??

I am in my final year of engg.My stupid college is not giving me d bonafide.They say that they can only gv a bonafide saying I am in ma final yr.They cant mention my marks or I have scored abv 60% it seems!!!!What 2 do???Also,they say they wont mention "This certificate has been issued to enable the candidates to apply for CAT-2008."Is this line necessary???????
