i tried calling da insti but the no ones answering ma call....

will it be fine if i call them up..2 see if the results will be out 2day...as per the website info...

the wait is moi crazy ....

now am waiting desperately for the result...

though very lil or equal to no hopes.....

today began on a great note with m being somewhere on time ....
i had my interview scheduled at 10...at the main campus....
we were asked to wait in class no 5...
and then an orientation frm a senior
of masters in health admin...
was really good....

i was among the first batch of 10 students to be called out for the interview....
mines was the second panel...
after a long wait of two hours..and nyc chit chatting and making friends...
i was called in for the "big thing"

the panel i hope believed in gender equality as there were two guys nd two ladies stationed in the nycly lit room...

there was this oldie....,a really sweet smiling lady..,a visibly bored lady.nd a cool dude...kinda hippy..loved his hair do...

neways after a short greeting and giving million dollar smiles...we started...

the oldie: so miss nitisha...u are from mumbai right??.....is it the frst
time ur coming to tata institute...

moi: ya i have been here earlier for the form submission and the exam
as well...

the sweet lady:how did u find the insti...u liked it

moi:yes mame..it has a positive vibe to it...i would love to be a part
and parcel of the campus life here....

the oldie:so u look up2 mr prahlad kakkar and mr rajdeep sardesai..
dont u think u are in for a wrong course..

moi: sir i dont wana restrict my horizons to a certain stream of media
like advt or journo...but wanna get familiar and taste diffrent soils
of media like video production ...nd which institute other than
tiss would assist me hon ma skills...nd give me a great start in
the field of ma intrest ...

now there were *smiles* nd more *smiles* in da panel..

the sweet lady:so nitisha y media..when ya applied for hr as ur frst
preference wat would u select if ya were called in and
selected for the both...

moi: i would prefer hr...mame tiss being one of the premier institute
in india...with a goodwill of its own...nd more over the media
course is a new addition jst 3 yrs old...so i wud prefer facing the
known devil rather than the unknown 1....

say people should be entitled to wat they deserve and devoiding
some1 from that would mean devoiding some1 meritious enuf
from the rite to study or get a job...nd thats the reason our
country is laging behind....no reservations and equal rites would
mean deserving people get the rite opportunity ....

the bored babe:wats ur take on the 26/11 coverage by media...

moi:mame..the media was lineant in their approach toward the issue on
the whole...the way they portrayed the issue created a chaos
among the crowd..painted a wrong picture....in the mind of
people...nd blah blah blah...

than a small greeting session...and mind it the bored babe gave the biggest smile....;)

the oldie was pleased to talk 2 me..the sweet lady was flashing her million dollar smile..the hippy guy...bid m a bye...nd the bored babe..was still in her smiling mode...

i think the smiling bug passed on 2 moi...nd i came out flashing a biiiigggg smile...

i dont bother about the results ..wateva they may be...but i was satisfied and happy with ma performance...
nd being interviewd by stalwarts in their own field...
in nycest place on earth at that moment...

hope u guys have a nyc interview as well..

the results would most probably out on 7th aril..keep ur fingers crossed...

no formal intimation from their side abt da said time slot..

jst be there by 9 am....the interviews usualy go til 6 pm....

nd jst b clear abt ur daf..dont fake urself...

and be confident..

dont worry they are there to interview not torture u so dont take that interview stuff so seriously...
