Is ISB board filled with fraudsters and scamsters, last year it was their Dean in Satyam scam and now it is another board member Mr.Kumar in the recent insider trading scam. I am really apprehensive about the learning and placements that one gets in an institute like this. Please advise.

The business which i am doing is of a mobile nature we accept calls on mobile and attend to it and the teaching classes are conducted on weekends by me and on other days by my team.

though calender wise its 2 yrs and some months but can i show that 2yrs of IT exp and 2yrs of Business exp.

finally one more question

Regarding the letter of Recommendation can i give the name of my Business Partner(he is of my age and we have started this business together) and another of my Manager(in the company i am working for currently)

My queries are...

I have currently 16months of Exp in IT and alongside i have my own business which I have started in 2008 april,
The industry I work is a pure IT Company and the business is run is of selling PC's and accepting AMCs (annual maintenance contract
We also undertake computer classes to people/students who are at the BPL(Below poverty line) with the help of LIONS CLUB
On a total I would be having 2years of business experience and 22months of IT Experience by April 2010 which is when I am planning to give my GMAT
My target is to appear for ISB Class of 2012 (2011-2012 batch)
My academics are average (10th(ICSE) 55% 12th(PUC) 54% BE(VTU) 58%) but have good extra curricular and social service fields along with some certifications.
My query is

1. can I put my work exp as on Apr 2010 would be 2yrs + 22months or only one would be considered and which period of work experience is to be given that is at the time of applying or the time at which the class begins.

2. Regarding the letter of Recommendation can i give the name of my Business Partner(he is of my age and we have started this business together) and another of my Manager(in the company i am working for currently)
