Woah... Back on PG after aeons. In fact was looking for something light to start with.. And here I am 2 years of MBA instilled the urge in me to watch non stop tv series :P

I've watched most of the popular tv series of late. Completed PB, 24, Californication, HIMYM, Big Bang Theory, Lie to Me et al. Currently, hooked to White Collar which is brilliant... In fact about to complete season 3. And its gonna be annoying to keep waiting for the new episodes going forward.

I haven't started Everybody Loves Raymond - have that with me. But I'm more interested in thriller, crime and drama... Any suggestions peeps?? Would in fact start Dexter soon with season 2.. Had left it mid way cuz PB, 24 etc. were much more gripping at that time.. But now that I'm working, I do not find time except for the bedtime to catch up on all this. Would love some suggestions which are as good as PB, 24, White Collar...

BTW, surprised I do not find mentions of White Collar. People who haven't watched it should think about this one.. And read somewhere, a puy has categorized Californication to be a comedy genre.

Wish u all juniors a great time ahead... I'm sure its gonna be a memorable 2 years of ur lives...

As seniors, we're now waiting for the Parampara to kick start...

And a host of other cultural activities that are in the offing...

Anyways, I don't think u need a CFA/FRM etc. per se for such roles. Wats needed is a sound finance knowledge/background, prior experience etc etc. Its a factor of many things...

I'm a B.Com background with 2 yrs of work ex in finance... so kinda i have a shaped profile for fin... as i said, it still doesnt guarantee anything... its just a factor of too many things...
