How is Lenovo Ideapad Z360? It is recently launched in india, but i couldn't find it in many outlets. Is it available in Delhi?

Had gd-pi on 23rd, 1 pm
GD topic : Women don't need reservation in parliament.
GD took 10-15 mins and there were 2 profs in panel. It ws followed by intro of every person in grp.

PI went smooth 4 most of ppl in our grp. Panel ws cool n consisted of 4-5 ppl
I ws asked abt career goal, fav subject, s/w engg, CMM, general awareness, etc... nothin typical..

I had my gd-pi on 19th, 11 am.

There were 10 ppl in my group and the topic was "Caste and Religion are the only factors that decide voting pattern in Indian Democracy"
It was a nice healthy debate, every 1 got chance 2 speak.

Then we waited for our pi. I was called for it at 2:30 after lunch break.
I have more than 2 year of work-ex and did BE in computers.
There were around 5-6 ppl in the panel. They asked me to b comfortable & if i had lunch.
Then dey asked to introduce myself academically (wid percentages in X,XII,BE)
Asked question abt subjects i studied during Engg. I told dem abt OS, DBMS, SE, DS, C/C++
Then 1 prof asked various ques frm OS: Wt is OS? Wt is Process? Scheduling algos n their advantages, context switch & other related questions.
Then they asked lot abt my work-ex and my company & its business model, etc.
Also asked if i explored MFC site n asked wt all subjects r their in MFC course.
Overall it went for 15-20n mins. They didnt ask much Finance, so i'm happy.

Today i recieved the letter for GD /PI for MFC ....and they r asking for no objection certificate from employer ...how important is it as such i have no bonds with my existing employer ..also i dont want to tell my employer about this so is there a way where i can do away with NOC ...please help and let me know the options available ...I have the offer letter in which there is no mention of Bond ,will it suffice or NOC is compulsory .......
Second point why the attested copy of caste certificate is required if I am already producing the originals ......
