how is insurance as a career??... m asking this as because there is a clash between UII and Prashar Bharti exam on 26th may........pay package is more in UII than PB........so can some one bring the actual picture of insurance companies...like promotions, do admin officers hav targets..etcetc.. info?...........thanks in advanced

Met an AAO from the last batch yesterday. He told me he has to stay in the office till 7 in the evening, at times even more. He said come to insurance only if you are sure of making career in insurance, there is no scope outside. He had applied through IBPS2 and he would be joining Canara.

lic aao, bank po, sbi po are not central govt employee and not gazetted officer. they are just negotiable instruments.

is there sectional cut off in lic aao???

I compared AAO with BANK PO & I said later is more good rather better than previous one.Please dont comment just by taking a part of my wordings.Indeed AAO is good one khaskar tab jab itne qualified bande berozgaar hai India me but IMO(based on conversations with guys from both the sectors;PSB's & LICI as well) Bank PO is better.

go for BANK PO,AAO is not good.
