However I am doubtful regarding one question which was very ambiguous and none of the option seemed to be correct (that question regarding absolute error by putting x = 2.99 in y=x^3). Apart from this question there was no ambiguity and anyone from a maths background and having studied statistics once in her/his college can easily score >85.
On a personal note, I think I may be getting (to the best of my knowledge) either 98.5 or 100 marks (depending on the solution to the above question).

i dont knw man, im not sure about 2 5 mark questions, one was about standard deviation of a sample from a larger set of observations, other was about calulating an expression involving gamma functions for a particular value of n.
What was your ACET experience guys? To those who have taken the exam today. What was the difficulty level? Any surprises? Which topics were stressed upon? P.S. I am having exam tomorrow and will put up my experience tomorrow evening.

did u have a 5 marks question where we had to find out the number of years by which a person will make 1 million given that he makes 2000 the first year, 3000 the following year... and so on?

The number of straight line miles traveled downriver in one hour by Lucy's boat is approximated within a linear range by 3n + 4, where n represents her fuel consumption in units/hr. Suppose that traveling x miles requires k hours at a fuel rate of 7 units/hr, but that increasing her fuel consumption by 5 units/hr would allow her to travel 40% further in 1 fewer hour. How far would she travel in k hours at a fuel rate of 10 units/hr?
x = cube roots of unity so 1+w+w^2 = 0 (property of cube roots of unity)so w^3 = 1 a = 2 rest are odd primes of the form 2k+1 so that b+c+d+e = 2m+4, a has to be even to make the sum 350 (even)
