If you consider that the increase in IM is because of an increase in the number of seats, then has the total number of seats increased by 65?

Well I can't help but chuckle at the irony of it all. IM probably had the maximum number of enthusiasts who reported converts on PG. Marketing folks on the other hand were anxiously looking for bits of news that could cheer them up.

The final "metric" - the hallowed SPJ portal - had a different story to tell however. :P

Ok, so as far as I understand, 60 seats (20 each in Mark., Fin, and Ops) have increased, thereby causing landslides in each spec. IM probably has not had an increase in seats (Is it because it is a relatively new course?) but the subtraction by 5 is because of the converts in A,B,C and L.

So waitlisted folks (other than in IM) can expect some more rounds of euphoria. IM folks, start praying! :D
