Hey Guys,
"The World is Flat - A Brief History of the Twenty-First Century" is by Thomas Friedman, an American Journo (currently NY Times Foreign Affairs Coloumnist). Its about Globalization, and various global incidents like 9 11 and the Iraq War; the convergence of technology, growth of India and China et al.
Some trivia: "The World is Flat - Thomas Friedman" won the 2002 Pulitzer for Commentary...
A similar book, with more relevance in terms of the Indian context would be "India Unbound - By Gurcharan Das".
Cheers!
