I'm Vikram from DMS, IIT Delhi...and currently doing my summers @ IBM, pune. I think its a great idea to meet up this weekend. Though I havent been much regular in the forum off late, nonetheless I share the same passion and have been a regular pgite earlier.

So lets use this opportunity as a nice interactive session, specially when most of you might be gearing up for the bschools and others who might be contemplating to give it another shot.

Guess most of the guys would need help during this time ..get excited and depressed with mock-performances..

Anyway ..I dont know if it helps to drink-till-u-drop...

But then...Whenever you're depressed...

Go out on a loooooooong walk/ride ...preferably alone... far away from the public....into some serene environment....and re-align your thoughts and problems..

Next one would be ....SPEAK OUT .. the more you speak abt it ..the more you'll realize that its not worth of all this ...

Gave TIME mock after a long break ....

Mixed feelings as far as my mock performance goes...

Started off with VA ...spent about 47min...attempted almost all the qns...but VA screwed my score...The only thing i can feel happy about is my RC performance which unfortunately was overshadowed by my mistakes in VA :(

Then comes DI ...usually with abt 18 attempts i manage a score of 10-11 ..wanted to change that ...so attempts increased by 9 but net score increased by 2.67 :(...Spent about 33 min over here...

Then comes QA ...spent about 40 min .....lost the whole of DS ( misinterpreting the instrusctions ....) ..missed out a lot of sitters as usual ...

On the whole...

VA - 52 / 38 / 14 - 33.33
QA - 24 / 15 / 9 - 12
DI - 27 / 17 / 10 - 13.67

Total - 103 / 70 / 33 - 59

Accuracy sucks big time here :(

I have a query for fellow Hyderabadis ........... Is there any way to appear for both IMS Sims and TIME Mocks??? Both happen at sametime . I would like to know if there is any way of writing both the tests?????????

Go to the TIME center on SAT...( yeah only on SAT ) ...

Inform that you wouldnt be able to take the aimcat on sunday due to some godforsaken reason....

Get yourself a permission slip from the center to write the aimcat on monday in time office...

Walk-in to TIME office flash-out your permission slip ...and take the AIMCAT...

You need to attach the permission slip to the OMR sheet and hand it over to them....

Repeat the above process for as many weeks you'd like to ...
