Your GMAT is on the lower side. Tough having backlogs is not good but it won't be the deciding factor. You need to have stellar recos from work, have great leadership stories in your essays and have a good resume. That would give you a good shot at some very good B-Schools.

R3 would be the toughest in these schools. Is it possible for you to wait and apply next year with a good GMAT score? That would give you ample time to work on your essays, recos and resume. I would say that you should surely think about it.

You have good work experience. Though the GMAT is on the lower side but that shouldn't prevent you from applying to any of the schools.
All of the schools you named are good and you surely would stand a chance if you write good essays, have a good resume and get good recos.

Completely agree with Bhavya. Essays, Resume and Recos form more than 75% of your application. And looking at your profile, you definitely have a good shot at top 15 B-schools. All the Best!
