it is a broader concept not a single term.financial inclusion and inclusive growth refers to the equal development of all sections of society irrespective of caste creed and place.It also refers to providing equal opportunity for growth for all the sectors of industry and the members of society.
Govt of india started this after the UN millenium development goal listed it.It was way back in year 2004 its foundation were laid down.the later govt has started working on it by getting credit from IMF and world Bank.
There are many ways the govt is trying to achieve this but in simple and laymans term.it is best accomplished by helping the poor by giving them money subsidies opportunities.and industry the infrastructure,tax rebate,credit,technical help,promotion etc for sustainable growth
