no.of zeroes increase with increase in number of 5 multiples...

since num of zeroes increase by 3, n+1 must be a multiple of 125...

No one is selected.. its data not captured by icici... this is basic data that they would have missed to collect during intw and initial application process.....

unless the pdf is uploaded in website...no one is in..no one is out.

I didnt query abt results with the lady... she hardly gave any time for cross questions...

i too recvd a call today... they asked 3 questions, 1) relocation 2) blodd relatives 3) previously worked at icici..

anyone recvd their call letter via post?

Then exercise all options intelligently and take decision.

ii*m is worst....probably ranks 1st when all mba cols r ranked from bottom...
there r 2-3 cases on that colg and its not recognised by aicte even though they claim.
people graduating 4m thr dont even qualify for bpo jobs...

never ever go within 10km radius of that colg...even that colg name is banned in PagalGuy...

Its a good course. I dont think everyone is very sure as to how its going to be after 2 yrs. 5 yrs and 8 yrs.

Banking is a new sector for most of us and ultimately it all comes down to how much one wants to learn in the specific tailor made course structure. If there isnt any specific goal like you want to be so & so in so & so year...its better to take this course and put your heart and soul into studies and the role given later at icici. Then take things as and how they come....

Basically, lets face it. If you are just looking at the figure "15"... then you should be ready to fight it out both academically and professionally. Not everyone does what he wants in life...and this will more or less be the same. Who knows..you might start loving your job....

Its better this course is not compared to any of the regular MBA courses. This course structure is very specific and when you get into a role....even after leaving icici you will most probably have to work in similar branch under finance...i mean you may not be able to jump around..from risk analyst to credit/equity analyst..and vice versa...

If you have good understanding on the job expectations of the profiles offered and genuinely interested....go for it. ICICI doesnt offer M-2 grade to many... they hire mba's from othr colgs in M-1 role only.

Anyone having aspirations of entrepreneurship...foreign stays/jobs....consultant roles... better stay away.

Had my GD-PI today.... GD was okayish... and made only 1 point which no one touched upon.
Started the GD and moderately chipped in between...

PI was horrible.
I was the second last or third last person to be interviewed at Hyd.
I wasnt sure whether the panel was atleast bothered to conduct the interview...based on the way the intw went about...

few q's

1) Quickly and very shortly introduce urself...
2) Then they asked me about my hobbies and topics on which i blog (had mentioned blogging as hobby)..
3) Then immediately, they asked about my work...explained..
4) Next was why MBA and why risk mgmnt? answered it well ... asked about my XAT score and call details...told

5) a hypothetical question...what if i am retrofit to IT? paused for 10-15 seconds..replied im not sure and need some time to decide

Now fun started.... lights went off... room was completely dark. Panelists started grilling me in the dark..why not IT and what do I know about banking..? even after answering the panel gave their understandings and came back to the question..why banking... somehow i blurted out that i am inspired by CEO's and CFo's of my clients who were finance people... then he lectured about HR and IT people also becoming CEO's and CFO's..and he himslef generalised i was driven by ambition. He made it worse by saying i didnt have any idea on what is the expectaion from mba-banking... i didnt reply back... and The room was still dark.

Out of the blue... "What are your passions?"...told them about cricket and cooking... then the previous panel member again shooted say something about icici and NIIT... mentioned few things which i knew.... suddenly the lights came on... and they asked me if i wanted to ask them something...

Knowing how bad the intw went... i thought why not play for sometime and started questioning back....

1) How credible is the program...and how does it fare when compared with Tier-1 mba colgs?

< this course in uniquely designed. this is niche program designed by icici for business needs. hence u see the course electives also very specific>
2) Why arent students allowed to pursue electives of their choice apart from regular courses mentioned on the website..?
< as this prog is highly intensive students are not encouraged to pursue any other electives offered at NIIT. >
3) Last... i made a comment "This mba is as good as training given to an icici employee rather than an MBA... " Thank you sir and left.

I was completely p*****d off the way panel treated the interview.... i mean its ridiculous to conduct one when panel is least interested and adding to that conduting intw in a room which was so dark that no one could see who was in the room... bad bad exp.

ATB to everyone.... somewhere i heard feb24-45 the results may come...not sure abt the credibility of the news...
