I have a query, please help. I have been short-listed for stage 2-that consists of gd,pi and psychometric test . Could you please tell me on what basis is the gd conducted- is it like a case study analysis or a general/current topic. Also what exactly is this psychometric test?

i can help u wid last year's info.. GD was general.. wasnt a case study but u can expect an abstract gd topic sometimes..

Psychometric test is like a psycology test.. dey judge u on how consistent u are in ur thoughts through various questions like "Do u prefer to work in teams" or "Would u rather be an adventurist or a writer" n kinds..

dey also had creative tests wherein dey give out a word like "elegant" n ask us to graphically represent our thots on "elegant", in short plain simple 'Think Out-of-the-box' drawing..
