My application status just changed to "Stage 3:Credentials Received - Appication Under Review by the Admissions Committee".
Can anyone please share their experiences or views on this?
And what was the stage 2 that i missed; Interview?
Have i been wait listed?

I have more than 4+ years of experience in technology consulting. GMAT 710. IIT Kharagpur.

700 GMAT, 3 years of experience and good community service.
BE hons but not IIT's :)
Good extra curriculars
Have applied R2 for UCLA, DUKE, CMU, Mcdonough and a couple of schools in Canada so obv no notification till now.. CMU would be the first one
have tried to make my essays strong enough.. let see..
