Called up the college and was told get the normal report . I guess i will take a basic medical report with Blood group etc.

Yesterday was my last day at work. Feeling great after the previous 3 weeks where these managers tried to sqeeze out every ounce of blood from my body.

Just called the admission office on 0657 - 3983203. A lady picked up and after enquiring my XAT id, she told that their records shows that they have not received my envelope with receipt of payment. However, she told me to call back at 4 PM as details for some envelopes hasn't been entered in the system. (DTDC is showing that my envelope has been delivered)

After this, they will send the envelopes to finance department, who will check the receipt against the payment and will send out the acknowledgement letters to the candidates.

Meanwhile, we can continue with our discussion.

Called the college up and finally got through. They have received my envelope. Was told that the receipts will be sent but "will take some time" (didn't ask about the timelines though).

I think you can call reception and ask them to transfer your call to Admissions.

i am jointing this year and already posted the dd on Friday from Kolkata .I still did not get any mail from xl .. Is there any way to confirm , the phone person said still not received ...

I sent out the DD and annexure on Thursday through. I received a mail from Bluedart yesterday that the courier had been delivered (you can ask for delivery email on their tracking website). Tracking Website shows that packet was delivered at 11:30 AM yesterday...

However, when I am calling up the admissions office for confirmation @ 0657-3983203 / 3204 - I get a message that the numbers are temporarily out of service

They did send out a confirmation email when they got the DD and application form. So, i am hoping this will be sent out again for the Declaration and receipt / DD.

Also, someone checked and I think they said they check RTGS / Direct transfers once a week on Tuesdays..

Thanks Sachin. Sent out the draft and declaration today. My luck - the RTGS system in ICICI Mumbai was down today Didn't want to wait any longer to send the money out - so had to send a DD... But, alteast they waived off the DD fees because of this...

what is in Annexure?? Do we need to send along with DD?

Annexure B is the declaration of acceptance of the offer along with the details for DD / RTGS Transfer etc..
