My frnd got call for Canara intrvw 1st bank intvw
His prob is that he has 3 year gap after 12 due to IIT mania.Then he did B.Tech EC from Lucknow
What he sud say as Excuse for the gap

my PO score is 160 and my category is Genereral

sud i apply to banks with less vacancy ????--like United bank , bank of maharashtra, BOB
as most of those who got call from Syndicate will still apply & only those will get call 4 interview
Do banks make a 2nd list 2 call candidates 4 Interview ?? or they only take from already interviewed candidates
