It is good that you have sound knowledge of networking.It will surely help you in your career.When you say networking domain I presume you mean the networking functional area.MBA(IT/SYSTEMS) will surely help you grow in your career even in the mentioned domain.There are colleges which offer MBA(IT/SYSTEMS) with Networking as specialization.If I am not wrong SCIT ,Pune offers MBA(ITBM) and in their final year has Networking as one of their specialization.

Companies generally hire students who are industry ready and have sound technical and management knowledge(Respect to MBA(IT/SYSTEMS)).There are so many other skills including interpersonal skills which helps you get a job.

For eg: Business Analyst certification from IIBA ,Project Management Certification/6 Sigma Certification - Mostly they require minimum hours of work experience as a criteria to appear but if your college is good, then you might just have tailor made offers ...

Some amount of coding will be there in whatever profile you choose.I presume you are a fresher.In the initial stages of your career in IT you have to deal with many aspects of IT(including coding).Pursuing an MBA(IT/SYSTEMS) does not make you CODING FREE but opens to new avenues to explore in IT...

If you pursue an MBA(IT/SYSTEMS),I would suggest you to go for Business Analysis Certification/Certifications on the techno management functional side.

Core technical certifications are always an added advantage but you seem not to continue a core techy career. So be sure about your aspirations before you jump onto some conclusions.
