Great answer Morpheus,
I think this ones a no brainer. Senor Class_Apart should definitely grab the job (if it is commesurate with his bachullarate degree, and it provides an opp for him to grow (both in the material sense and in a more tacit manner)).
1) As Morpheus has pointed out, you will be wasting 9 months. And how do u plan to explain that to the interview panel? Trust me..its hard.
2) You DO gain a lot by working. Why do u think alomst every other school of repute other than the IIMs need compulsory work exp (im talking international here)? And IIMs will definitely be forced to start taking second looks at people with experience (due to external factors like..getting them placed, ISB arrival etc..)
3) Im not pulling ur leg on this one. But frankly, I dont think that CAT prep should be/is a full time job. What do u plan to do for 6 months. Do RC, VA, quant 16/12 hrs a day? Its does not work out that way Senor. Trust me.
4) What (this is just an assumption) happens if u dont make it into a top 10 (or any college of your choice)? Are u gonna grab anything that comes ur way? Then you can achive MORE by slogging ur butt of in ANY company for 2 years.
Hey guys, pls do write in.
And Class_Apart. Please dont REFUSE any GOOD offers that come ur way.
Hentai.
