this is a very bad move on behalf of college...they are misguiding the aspirants...

i would recommend aspirants to enquire wid seniors rather than college....seniors could guide us well as they know the exact picture of the college...!!

i don't think we would have to pay the whole of 2.5 lakhs within 7 days of announcment of results...everywhere fees are given in installments..

even here, i believe it would be admission fees which they would be asking for...!!

mam, i've been told by some of the college authorities( office of indira nagar) that eventhough B.tech students of electronics and computers background may get admissions, but at the time of placements they get problems as companies don't prefer to recruit students other than chemical or petroleum background..

I wont recommend you to fill the form.

Even then ,if you fill the form and get away with it (lets stay eexxxxxxxxxxxxxxtra positive).. you will be offered an admission only in the 2nd or 3rd list..which means you wont get your desired specialization.

The main difference in the PGDM and MMS course is the flexibility of the PGDM course, there are a lot of add ons which we as PG students get also the course syllabus is updated as per industry requirements. As far as the placements go both the MMS and the PG students sit for the same companies so there is no difference there at all.

as far as i know, SIES has its own entrance test. but it also take into consideration other tests like CAT/MAT....

my dec mat score is 704, 94.63 percentile...

Xth- 78%
XIIth- 59.99%
B.tech- 7 cgpa ( final year in Elect and Comm)

i'm exactly 1 mark short of 60% in XIIth...i would be able 2 explain my low score there, but the big question is....whether they would comsider my case for call-up...??
