SIBM: Awesome GD and PI
IIM L: Good GD, Very Short PI ( asked me questions on salary and business that's it)
SP Jain: Decent GI1 (Dont have any clue how they select because questions asked were downright vague)
NITIE : Decent GD, Average PI (Was plain and simple told by the panelists that my profile didn't suit the college)
IIM C: Good GD/WAT, Horrendous PI (Never felt more insulted in my life)
IIM I : Good WAT, great PI (profile based questions regarding restaurants,then only GK)
NMIMS : Average GD, Great PI (profile based questions on restaurants)
SJMSOM: Good GD, good PI
MDI: Great GD/PI(they were asking me about my opinion of MDI)

Basically, my profile being unique is what drove most of interviews. Never got any acad based questions or anything minutely related to Engineering . The most important thing was i managed to keep cool under pressure (especially in the case of C )

Should say that the Admissions office was extremely prompt once i gave them a call. Thanks a lot SIBM.

For those planning to cancel your admission please do call up the office before starting the whole process , they really help expedite the entire thing. ( got my admission cancelled and my fees refunded in 6 days after making the call)

I sent a request for my admission to be cancelled on the 1st of april,
till now i haven't received any sort of intimation from SIBM
I still have no clue if my admission has been cancelled or not?? all i receive is constant reminders to solve the pre-induction material

Any seniors out there who can help??

IIM results were out only after 15-16,and as someone in this thread pointed out,one has to courier NM the fee receipts and other stuff for refund.So even if ppl with IIM admits would have applied for refund immediately,it would have taken time to be updated in NM records.So I think, IIM results are were not reflected in this waitlist.NITIE and IIFT results came out before 2nd list,don't think IMI and XIMB (with all due respect) would have any significant effect on NM movement.That might explain why there is no movement,apart from the fact that ppl saying that there may be huge buffer list.

I don't think even April 30th list would have any significant movement (going by last year's trend).So May 9 might be the 'W-day',if you wanna call it so. I hope it goes until 720-730 minimum.Other b-schools increasing their seats has only made me more optimistic.Hope NM doesn't prove me wrong.

Completely agree with your point. The thing is even though ABCL have declared their results this week, the procedure and schedule for payment of fees became clear on the 17-18th so most ABCL converts would be busy making their payments for the iim's. i guess once most of them receive confirmation that their payment has been accepted, they will begin with cancellation procedure at NM (which in itself is pretty time consuming ) . So u should expect decent movement in the next list (unless they have given huge no. of buffer calls :sneaky:)
