@praveen2010p 4 here is just a red herring here. anything divisible by 4 has to be divisible by 2. So don't consider 4 here.
Now number of such numbers less than 300 are phi(300) = 80
Also as divisors are 2,3 & 5, take the nearest LCM of these to 200, ie. 210.
No of numbers less than 210 and not div. by 2,3 & 5 are phi(210) = 56.
Between 200 and 210, there are just 2 numbers not div. by 2,3 or 5 which are 203 & 209.

So the final answer should be (80-56) + 2 = 16.
